Job summary

My Guardian is seeking compassionate carers to provide personalised care to clients of all ages and abilities in Bowral, NSW. The role involves companionship, light household tasks, health monitoring, and accurate care documentation while upholding dignity and privacy.

You will travel to Bowral and work around the candidate’s availability, with opportunities for sponsorship and permanent roles for the right person. Training and team events are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience providing domestic assistance such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe home environment.
• Experience supporting clients with transport to appointments, shopping, and social activities, promoting independence and community engagement.
• Strong ability to accurately document services provided, record incidents, and complete reports in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.
• Cert 3 in Aged or Disability Care or equivalent is a plus
• A valid NDIS Check, or willing to obtain one
• Current First Aid Certificate, as this is necessary to complete personal care
• Valid police check, or is willing to obtain one
