Job summary

My Guardian is seeking a compassionate Carer to provide high‑quality, person‑centred care to clients in Orange, NSW 2800. You will offer companionship, assist with light household tasks, monitor health changes, and maintain dignity, privacy and safeguarding at all times.

We welcome reliable individuals with First Aid, NDIS and Police checks (or willingness to obtain), plus sponsorship and permanent opportunities. Flexible scheduling lets you match your availability.

Qualifications

• Experience providing domestic assistance such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe home environment.
• Experience supporting clients with transport to appointments, shopping, and social activities, promoting independence and community engagement.
• Strong ability to accurately document services provided, record incidents, and complete reports in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.
• Cert 3 in Aged or Disability Care or equivalent is a plus
• A valid NDIS Check, or willing to obtain one
• Current First Aid Certificate, as this is necessary to complete personal care
• Valid police check, or is willing to obtain one
