Job summary

My Guardian is seeking a compassionate Home Care Worker who speaks Spanish to support clients in Jannali NSW. The role involves providing companionship, light household tasks, and personal care, with flexibility to accommodate your schedule and availability.

Ideal candidates will have experience in domestic assistance, transport support for appointments, and accurate documentation. Certification in aged or disability care, NDIS check, first aid, and police clearance are preferred or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Experience providing domestic assistance such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe home environment.
• Experience supporting clients with transport to appointments, shopping and social activities, promoting independence and community engagement.
• Strong ability to document services provided, record incidents, and complete reports in line with regulatory requirements.
• Cert 3 in Aged or Disability Care or equivalent is a plus
• A valid NDIS Check, or willingness to obtain one
• Current First Aid Certificate, as this is necessary to complete personal care
• Valid police check, or willingness to obtain one
