Job summary

My Guardian is seeking a compassionate Carer to join our team in Johns River, NSW, travelling to clients across the area to provide high-quality, person-centred care and support. You will help with daily tasks, monitor health changes, and maintain accurate care records to ensure dignity and privacy for our clients.

We offer flexible Casual/Vacation shifts around your availability, with training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience providing domestic assistance such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe home environment.
• Experience supporting clients with transport to appointments, shopping, and social activities, promoting independence and community engagement.
• Strong ability to accurately document services provided, record incidents, and complete reports in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.
• Cert 3 in Aged or Disability Care or equivalent is a plus
• A valid NDIS Check, or willing to obtain one
• Current First Aid Certificate, as this is necessary to complete personal care
• Valid police check, or is willing to obtain one
