Job summary

My Guardian is seeking a compassionate Carer to provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients in Inverell, NSW. You will travel to Inverell 2360 and work flexible hours to support independence and dignity.

Responsibilities include companionship, light household tasks, monitoring health, accurate record-keeping, and safeguarding. Requires Cert 3 in Aged or Disability Care, valid First Aid, police check, NDIS check, and willingness to obtain required checks.

Qualifications

• Experience providing domestic assistance such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe home environment.
• Experience supporting clients with transport to appointments, shopping, and social activities, promoting independence and community engagement.
• Strong ability to accurately document services provided, record incidents, and complete reports in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.
• Cert 3 in Aged or Disability Care or equivalent is a plus
• A valid NDIS Check, or willing to obtain one
• Current First Aid Certificate, as this is necessary to complete personal care
• Valid police check, or is willing to obtain one
