Home Care Support Worker | Aged Care - Lake Munmorah & Surrounds

Do you meet these minimum requirements?

• Live in or near Lake Munmorah including surrounding suburbs Doyalson/North, Gwandalan, Chain Valley Bay, Mannering Park, Summerland Point & Wyee Point.
• Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car (sorry, we cannot accept International licences or shared/rental vehicles).
• Have 3+ months industry experience in a paid Aged Care setting.
• Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 7am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (weekend availability is a bonus).
• Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start! (Get ready to learn, grow & be supported!) Travel is required for training.
• Know this is NOT a vacancy for Disability or to work in a facility/nursing home.

What this role offers:

• Open to Experienced candidates.
• Permanent Part-Time Contracts.
• Permanent Contract hours: 30 hours per fortnight + flex up hours.
• Hourly Rate: $33.22 - $34.93 per hour + 12% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide domestic assistance, such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Provide personal care services including showering, toileting, assistance with medications, as well as domestic duties & social supports such as assisting with transportation for clients.
• Most importantly: be a friendly face & brighten someone's day!

As a valued team member, you’ll provide compassionate care and support to clients in their homes. Domestic assistance will form a significant part of your role – this applies to both our entry-level and experienced carers.
