Australian Unity Limited is seeking experienced Home Care Support Workers in East Sydney and surrounding areas to help our aged care customers live independently at home. The role includes assisting with daily tasks, personal care, and community outings in a roster-based schedule.

We offer permanent part-time or casual contracts, with hourly pay between AUD 32.61 and AUD 36.59 plus 12% superannuation, travel allowances, paid travel time, and supported induction.

Qualifications

• Current Australian driver's license
• Own a reliable comprehensively insured vehicle
• Flexibility to work rosters between Monday and Friday

Responsibilities

• Help at Home: cleaning, laundry and meal preparation.
• Transportation and Personal Care: assist customers with appointments, shopping, social outings, showering, toileting, feeding etc.

Our Home Health program delivers in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently, supported and empowered, within their own homes and communities.

We are seeking Experienced Home Care Support Workers in East Sydney and surrounding areas including - Vaucluse, Rose Bay, Dover Heights, Bondi, Bellevue Hill, Darling Point, Double Bay, Kensington, Randwick, Kingsford, Maroubra, Eastgardens, Matraville, Coogee, Botany, Pagewood, Rosebery, Eastlakes, Malabar, Chifley, Port Botany, Little Bay.

Your New Role

• Help at Home: such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation etc.
• Transportation and Personal Care: Experienced staff assist customers with appointments, shopping, social outings, showering, toileting, feeding etc.
• Client Awareness: Building relationships with clients and their families, conducting client observations with ongoing support and training
• Safety Practices: Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers safe

Key Requirements

• Current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable comprehensively insured vehicle
• Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Friday
