Australian Unity Limited is seeking Home Care Support Workers for Port Macquarie, Camden Haven, Wauchope and surrounding areas. You will provide in-home support to help customers live independently, with duties including cleaning, personal care and transportation.

The roles offer permanent part-time or casual contracts depending on location, with hourly pay between $32.61 and $36.59 plus 12% super, travel allowance, paid travel time, a supported induction, and Fitness Passport access.

Competenze

• Current Australian Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle.
• Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Friday.

• Help at Home: cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Transportation and Personal Care: assist with appointments, shopping, social outings, showering, toileting, feeding, etc.
• Client Awareness: build relationships with clients and families, conduct client observations with ongoing support.

Our Home Health program delivers in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently, supported and empowered, within their own homes and communities.

We are seeking Home Care Support Workers in Port Macquarie, Camden Haven, Wauchope and surrounding areas.

Your New Role

• Help at Home: such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation etc.
• Transportation and Personal Care: Experienced staff assist customers with appointments, shopping, social outings, showering, toileting, feeding etc.
• Client Awareness: Building relationships with clients and their families, conducting client observations with ongoing support and training
• Safety Practices: Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers safe

Key Requirements
