Job summary

Australian Unity is seeking casual entry-level carers to provide high-quality, person-centred care to older Australians in their homes across the Casino area including Irvington, Piora, Spring Grove, Tomki, Woodview and surrounding communities.

You will perform domestic tasks, promote independence, dignity & wellbeing, with a future path to social support, transport and personal care after company-provided training.

Qualifications

• Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car (no international license or shared vehicles).
• Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
• Open to Entry Level candidates.
• Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start.

• Future opportunity to progress to social support, transport and personal care with relevant, company provided, training.

Job description

About You:

• Live across the Casino area including Irvington, Piora, Spring Grove, Tomki, Woodview and surrounding communities

What We Offer:

• $32.61 per hour + 12% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time
• Casual entry-level roles available with the potential to transition to Permanent Part-Time employment
