Job summary

Australian Unity Limited in Casino, NSW is seeking caring locals to provide in-home support to older Australians. You’ll perform domestic duties, help with meals and housekeeping, and promote independence.

This entry-level role offers flexible hours (minimum 6 hours per day, Mon–Fri, 9am–4pm), paid training, potential for permanent part-time, and benefits including superannuation and travel allowance.

Qualifications

• Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car.
• Open to Entry Level candidates.
• Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
• Paid Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start.

Responsibilities

• Domestic support: cleaning, laundry and meal preparation.
• Promoting independence, dignity & wellbeing.
• Progression to social support, transport and personal care with training provided by the company.

Join a supportive team helping older Australians (65+) live independently at home and make a real difference every day.

About You:

• Live across the Casino area including Irvington, Piora, Spring Grove, Tomki, Woodview and surrounding communities
• Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car (no international license's or shared vehicles)
• Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday
• Commitmentto our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start!
• Open to Entry Level candidates

What We Offer:

• $32.61 per hour + 12% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time
• Casual entry-level roles available with the potential to transition to Permanent Part-Time employment
