Goodwin is seeking a Home Care Scheduling Assistant in the ACT to coordinate client visits and support the day-to-day running of our Home Care office. You’ll arrange visits that suit clients and carers, acting as the first point of contact for families and enquiries with a welcoming, professional approach.

The role emphasises strong administration, cash handling experience, and a commitment to high-quality customer service as part of a values-driven, community-focused not-for-profit organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration in a busy environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with rostering and payroll processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client visit schedules balancing preferences and worker availability.
• Answer phone enquiries and provide reception/admin support.
• Manage client admissions and discharges in Home Care and finance systems.
• Process fortnightly payroll and approved leave.
• Maintain records and assist with meetings and events.
