Job summary

Just Better Care in Richmond, NSW is seeking a permanent full-time Coordinator/Scheduler to join our caring office team. The role coordinates home care services, schedules Community Support Professionals, and liaises with case managers to ensure timely delivery of care.

The position is full-time, with rostered weekday hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm, excluding public holidays. A supportive team environment and opportunities to contribute to community care are highlighted in the role.

Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance / Criminal Record Check.
• Working with Children Check (preferred).
• Experience in an administrative office role (preferred).
• Previous experience in the community care or health/aged care sector.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Developing and managing customer service schedules, including planning and short notice placements.
• Preparing and transmitting schedules for Customer Service Professionals.
• Arranging replacement staff to cover absences and shift changes.
• Providing coaching, supervision and direction to staff to ensure quality service.
• Monitoring implementation of individualised plans for customers.
• Maintaining data in company information systems and meeting quality standards.
