MJH Group in NSW is seeking a customer-focused coordinator to drive a seamless build journey, acting as the main contact for clients and coordinating from pre-construction to completion.

You will collaborate with drafting, estimating, construction teams and provide guidance throughout the build, ensuring accuracy and smooth variations.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience delivering unbeatable client outcomes.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Attention to detail in documents and information handling.
• Knowledge of residential construction and planning processes is desirable.
• Ability to read plans and contracts; familiarity with estimating is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer contact, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience
• Help coordinate projects from pre‑construction through to completion
• Support customers with guidance, solutions, and reassurance throughout the build journey
• Collaborate with internal teams (Drafting, Estimating, MyChoice, Construction) to resolve issues and keep projects on track
• Escalate complex or high‑risk matters to leadership when required
• Provide contract support, including resolving discrepancies and managing variations
• Review documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and clarity before distribution
• Coordinate final inspections and occupation certificates while contributing to team updates and continuous improvement
