Job summary

MJH Group is seeking a Construction professional to lead site operations for Hunter region home builds. You will manage trades, coordinate materials, monitor quality, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, while upholding safety and compliance standards.

You will liaise with customers and councils to provide outstanding service and ensure all paperwork and milestones are completed as required.

• Experience leading residential construction projects.
• Strong project management and coordination of trades.

Responsibilities

• Management of tradespeople and subcontractors on sites across the Hunter region
• Coordinating site logistics, material delivery, and resource allocation
• Inspecting completed work to ensure high quality and compliance with codes
• Ensuring homes are completed on time and within budget
• Completing project milestone tasks in our systems
• Ensuring visitors understand safety procedures and relevant legislation
• Liaising with customers and council to provide outstanding service
• Ensuring documentation is completed during the building process
