MJH Group in NSW seeks a customer-focused role acting as primary contact throughout customers' build journey, providing guidance, reassurance, and timely updates.

You'll coordinate projects from pre-construction through completion, liaise with Drafting, Estimating, MyChoice and Construction teams to keep on track, resolve issues, and escalate when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role and commitment to unbeatable customer experiences.
• Well organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• High attention to detail when handling documents and information.
• Knowledge of councils and residential construction industry desirable.
• Ability to read plans, contracts and basic estimating desirable.
• Intermediate use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong communication skills with confidence speaking to customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer contact, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience.
• Help coordinate projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Support customers with guidance, solutions, and reassurance throughout the build journey.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Drafting, Estimating, MyChoice, Construction) to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
• Escalate complex or high-risk matters to leadership when required.
• Provide contract support, including resolving discrepancies and managing variations.
• Review documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and clarity before distribution.
• Coordinate final inspections and occupation certificates while contributing to team updates and continuous improvement.
