Job summary

Arden Homes is seeking a Project Delivery Coordinator to manage customers from tender to construction completion, delivering an exceptional experience while meeting timeframes. The role requires experience in residential construction, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate across departments.

You will maintain build files, provide regular updates, and collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure smooth progress and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in the residential construction industry and coordination of customer journeys.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and tight timelines with proactive updates.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers from Tender Accept to Completion of Construction.
• Set clear expectations and guide customers through pre-construction and construction timelines.
• Prepare, coordinate and deliver HIA contracts and related documentation.
• Build strong customer relationships with proactive fortnightly phone updates.
• Maintain accurate build files in the database with communications and milestones.
• Provide proactive solutions to keep files progressing through pre-construction.
• Collaborate with other departments and external stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Manage customer concerns promptly using dispute resolution techniques.

About the opportunity

The Project Delivery Coordinator reports to the Project Delivery Team Leader and is part of the Project Delivery team. In this highly rewarding role, your focus will be to manage each customer from Consolidated Tender signing through to the completion of construction, delivering an exceptional customer experience while also adhering to timeframes. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

• Manage a portfolio of customers from Tender Accept to Completion of Construction
• Set clear expectations and guide customers through the pre-construction and construction process and timelines.
• Prepare, coordinate and deliver HIA contracts and related documentation
• Build strong customer relationships with proactive fortnightly phone updates
• Maintain accurate and up to date build files in the database including communications and milestone forecast.
• Provide proactive solutions to keep files progressing through pre‑construction.
• Collaborate with other departments and external stakeholders to meet business objectives.
• Manage customer concerns promptly using dispute resolution techniques.
