Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer-facing or administrative role, ideally within hire/trades/services industries.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Flexible to work Saturdays in a roster.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Managing hire enquiries and processing bookings for customers, ensuring accurate and timely information is recorded.
• Coordinating equipment availability, maintenance schedules and asset management for fleet utilisation.
• Providing customer support through the hire process from enquiry to completion.
• Handling invoicing, payment processing and documentation.
• Maintaining records and databases relating to equipment, customers and transactions.
• Assisting with general operational duties and preparing equipment for hire or deliveries.
