Qualifications

• Hindi language skills are required.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check required.
• Current Working With Children Check - Employee.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
• NDIS Orientation Module – Quality, Safety and You.
• Current valid Driver's Licence and access to a suitable vehicle.
• Disability or mental health support experience.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the participant with morning routine and getting started.
• Personal care and daily living activities.
• Household chores and maintaining a comfortable home environment.
• Prompting medication per the support plan.
• Preparing or prompting breakfast.
• Providing companionship, reassurance and consistent support.
• Community access on Wednesdays, including transport.
• Encouraging independence, choice and participation in daily activities.
