Job summary

Crown Resorts Limited seeks a Venue Manager for The Merrywell in Perth. You will lead end-to-end venue operations for a high-volume site, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.

You will manage a large team (80–100 peak), drive efficiency, and implement technology-driven service models. A current Approved Managers License and RSA are required, with full working rights in Australia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Venue Manager in a high-volume hospitality environment.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and engage large teams (80–100 during peak periods).
• Strong experience managing QR-based operations and technology-driven service models.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a current Approved Managers License & RSA.
• Full working rights in Australia.
