Qualifications

• Experience as Venue Manager or senior hospitality leader in premium venues.
• Strong wine knowledge and passion for wine culture.
• Experience delivering events and elevated guest experiences.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day operations of Gladstones to ensure exceptional service and presentation.
• Inspire, coach and develop a high-performing front-of-house team.
• Deliver premium guest experiences through wine knowledge and personalised service.
• Coordinate wine tastings, private events and functions with strong guest relationships.
• Drive venue performance through rostering, cost control, compliance and leadership.
• Build relationships with guests, wine enthusiasts and industry partners.
• Manage rostering, labour costs, inventory and venue compliance requirements.
