Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Venue Manager in a high volume hospitality environment.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and engage large teams (80–100 team members during peak periods).
• Strong experience managing QR-based operations and technology driven service models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily venue operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Lead, coach and develop a large, diverse team to achieve operational excellence.
• Maintain high standards of compliance, structure, and organisation across all areas of the venue.
• Drive a culture of integrity, accountability, and guest focus.
• Manage rostering, labour costs, and performance outcomes effectively.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of events and activations.
• Continuously identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and operational efficiency.
