Job summary

MSS Security is hiring a Service Delivery Coordinator based in Port Melbourne. You will coordinate resourcing and rostering to ensure seamless service delivery across your client portfolio and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and work within a collaborative, customer-focused team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with multiple Awards and EBAs.
• Must maintain Australian working rights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resourcing and rostering of personnel to ensure continuity of service delivery across clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service to customers and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

About the role

Based in our Port Melbourne office, the Service Delivery Coordinator position is primarily responsible for coordinating the resourcing and rostering of personnel to ensure continuity of service delivery within your allocated portfolio of clients. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders.
