You will manage daily resourcing operations, coordinate interviews and bookings, and drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in blue-collar recruitment or labour hire.
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment targets and workflows.
• Strong understanding of compliance, onboarding and employment documentation.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Experience coordinating interviews, bookings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a small resourcing team to meet daily recruitment targets.
• Oversee candidate attraction, screening and selection to meet labour requirements.
• Coordinate candidate bookings, availability and shift allocations.
• Conduct interviews and screenings to assess suitability and availability.
• Organise and oversee physical assessments including Drug and Alcohol tests.
