Job summary

Future You in Minto, NSW is seeking an Internal Recruiter to take ownership of high-volume blue-collar recruitment in a fast-paced environment. Immediate start and a 6‑month fixed-term contract with potential extension are on offer.

You will partner with leaders to build proactive talent pipelines across production, warehouse, and technical operations, guiding end-to-end recruitment and improving the candidate experience.

IMMEDIATE START |Internal Recruiter | Blue Collar Environment

6-Month Fixed-Term Contract | Potential to Extend

An exciting opportunity for a hands-on and experienced Recruitment Specialist to take ownership of high-volume blue-collar recruitment within a fast-paced workforce.

You’ll partner with leaders to drive end-to-end recruitment across production, warehouse, technical machinery operations, building proactive talent pipelines and ongoing talent strategies and support the transition of blue-collar recruitment in-house.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job advertising, proactive sourcing, candidate screening and offer management.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines, leveraging various sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates and meet current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements, provide recruitment advice and deliver an efficient, positive candidate experience.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in high-volume blue-collar recruitment, ideally within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• A strong track record in talent pipelining and proactive sourcing.

This role is a hybird role (3 days on-site and 2 days work from home) based in Minto.

For the first few weeks, this role will be based mostly on-site, following onboarding the role will transition to a hybrid role. Please only apply if you are able to be on-site in Minto 3 days per week.
