Job summary

Baked in Berrima is seeking an experienced and motivated Baker to join their team. You will produce high-quality artisan breads and bakery products while upholding food safety, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of full-time experience as a Baker.
• Certificate III in Baking or equivalent is highly regarded.
• Previous experience in a commercial bakery environment.
• Strong knowledge of bread production techniques and bakery processes.
• Ability to work early-morning shifts and meet production schedules.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, mix, knead, ferment and bake a variety of breads and bakery products.
• Measure and prepare ingredients according to recipes and specs.
• Monitor dough quality to ensure consistency and product quality.
• Operate commercial bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all products meet Bakers Delight quality standards and production specs.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and WHS requirements at all times.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in minimizing waste.
• Collaborate with bakery team to meet daily production targets.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas.

Key Responsibilities
