Job summary

A renowned bakery in Australia is looking for qualified Bakers with experience in hand moulding and mixing. You will be responsible for the preparation and baking of traditional European and Artisan style breads. Ideal candidates will have either a Certificate III in Baking and 2 years’ experience or 3 years' experience without formal qualifications. This full-time role requires flexibility for shifts, including weekends and public holidays. On-site parking is provided.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience as a Qualified Baker with relevant qualifications.
• 3 years of experience as a Qualified Baker if no formal qualifications.
• Experience with traditional European & Artisan style baking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Moulding, mixing, maturing Artisan breads.
• Bread and pastry production, operating mixers.
• Dough preparation and ingredient management.
• Using ovens and monitoring temperature.
• Follow standard recipes and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness in the prep area.
