Vanta is expanding its Sales team and seeking an Account Executive, Early Stage for APJ in Sydney. You will own the entire sales cycle—from first touch to close—driving outbound strategies, fast deal cycles, and repeatable processes in a highly transactional, new business environment.

The role emphasizes speed, efficiency, and a strong focus on startups. Success comes from high activity, empathy with customers, and the ability to understand and convey Vanta’s security solution to early-stage

Qualifications

• 12+ months in a closing and quota-carrying role with strong target attainment.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, especially SMB/early-stage startups with short deal cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract close with speed and efficiency.
• Develop and execute outbound strategies; turn inbound demand into closed-won business quickly.
• Manage a broad pipeline with a high activity level and discover multiple opportunities.
• Define and communicate Vanta's value to prospects, tailoring demos and materials.
