Woods & Co Recruitment is partnering with a rapidly growing business coaching organisation across Australia and New Zealand to recruit an experienced High-Ticket Sales Setter. You’ll engage with qualified business owners, uncover real problems, and qualify whether they fit for a strategic Game Plan with a Senior Closer.

This remote role is based in Australia, with inbound lead flow, no cold prospecting, and a clear pathway into a High-Ticket Closer role for top performers.

Responsibilities

• Conducting around 30-minute diagnostic calls with business owners.
• Qualifying whether the business is genuinely ready for the next step.
• Positioning and booking a strategic Game Plan with a Senior Closer.
• Managing your pipeline and activity through HubSpot.
• Working towards 10-15 Game Plans per week.
• Taking ownership of your numbers, conversion and ongoing development.

Woods & Co have partnered with a rapidly growing business coaching organisation that works with trade business owners across Australia and New Zealand, helping them build more profitable, scalable and better-run businesses.

With a strong inbound lead flow and a proven sales process, they are looking for an experienced High-Ticket Sales Setter to join their remote sales team.

This is not your typical appointment-setting role. You’ll be speaking with qualified business owners, uncovering the real problems in their business and determining whether they are a genuine fit for a strategic Game Plan with a Senior Closer.

What you’ll do?

You’ll sit between the initial Connector and Senior Closer, taking qualified leads through a deeper discovery and qualification process.

• Conducting around 30-minute diagnostic calls with business owners
• Getting beneath the surface of their challenges, not just following a script
• Understanding commercial and personal pain points
• Asking the questions that uncover the real cost of inaction
• Qualifying whether the business is genuinely ready for the next step
• Positioning and booking a strategic Game Plan with a Senior Closer
• Managing your pipeline and activity through HubSpot
• Working towards 10-15 Game Plans per week
• Taking ownership of your numbers, conversion and ongoing development

What you need?

• Proven high-ticket sales, setting or closing experience
• Strong discovery and qualification skills
• The ability to ask open questions and genuinely listen
• Commercial awareness and strong emotional intelligence
• Confidence challenging prospects and holding up the mirror when needed
• A natural, conversational sales style rather than a heavily scripted approach
• Experience working with business owners, trades, professional services or similar audiences
• The resilience to receive direct feedback and continuously improve
