Woods & Co Recruitment has partnered with a fast-growing business coaching company, seeking a driven High-Ticket Closer to join their sales team.

You will work with tradie business owners across Australia and New Zealand, running in-depth 'Game Plan' calls to diagnose issues and close a high-value coaching program. This is a remote, commission-only role: around two quality calls per day, with a $2,000 per client commission and strong earning potential for top performers.

Qualifications

• Proven track record closing high-ticket offers with verifiable results.
• Experience in coaching, consulting or business services sales is highly regarded.
• Exposure to trades or business owners is a big advantage.
• Direct, grounded and commercially sharp communication style.
• Comfort with a commission-only contractor structure.
• Prepared to share recordings of your sales calls and past results.

Responsabilités

• Run 90 to 120 minute Game Plan calls with qualified tradie business owners.
• Lead discovery to uncover underlying business problems.
• Uncover commercial and personal pain behind the business.
• Listen, control the conversation and diagnose before prescribing.
• Close the coaching program in a consultative, not pitch-heavy, way.
• Aim for a 70%+ close rate.
• Speak with AUS/NZ business owners, with North America depending on lead flow.

Woods & Co have partnered with a fast-growing business coaching company, seeking a driven High-Ticket Closer to join their sales team.

Our client works exclusively with tradie business owners across Australia and New Zealand, helping them grow and improve their businesses through a high-ticket coaching program.

In this role, you'll run in-depth 'Game Plan' calls with business owners who have already come through a full Connector and Setter funnel. Your job is to diagnose what's really going on in their business and close a coaching program.You won't be smashing through hundreds of leads. You'll take around two quality calls a day.

What you'll do:

What you need?

• A proven track record closing high-ticket offers, backed by real numbers
• Experience in coaching, consulting or business services sales (highly regarded)
• Exposure to trades or business owners (a big advantage)
• A direct, grounded and commercially sharp communication style
• Comfort with a commission-only contractor structure
• Recordings of your sales calls and your previous sales results to share during the process
