Woods & Co Recruitment is partnering with a high-performance business coaching organisation to hire an experienced High-Ticket Closer for their sales team. You will speak with qualified business owners, uncover core challenges, and guide them through a structured discovery process before closing a coaching program.

You’ll conduct 90–120 minute Game Plan calls, build rapid trust with tradies and entrepreneurs, and work with owners across Australia, New Zealand and potentially North America.

Qualifications

• Proven closer with a track record of high-ticket sales.
• Experience closing coaching, consulting or business services offers.
• History of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong discovery and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to control conversations without domination.
• Commercial maturity and high emotional intelligence.

Responsabilités

• Run 90–120 minute Game Plan calls with qualified business owners.
• Build trust quickly and connect with tradies and entrepreneurs.
• Ask the right questions to uncover pain points and goals.
• Diagnose underlying business problems and opportunities.
• Present coaching programs where there is a genuine fit.
• Handle objections and guide prospects through the decision process.
• Maintain a high close rate and track outcomes.
