Job summary

Electrician Accelerator and Plumber Accelerator is looking for a skilled closer to dialogue with trades business owners and close high-ticket coaching programs. The role offers fully remote work with opportunities across US and AU time zones, and a strong emphasis on metrics and performance.

You will run Profit Planning sessions, diagnose business potential, and map the right program. Expect a results-driven environment with ongoing training and call reviews.

Qualifications

• Proven high-ticket closing record with numbers to back it up.
• Able to build trust quickly and discuss financials with business owners.
• Confident without being pushy; remains calm under objections.
• Owns results and is committed to continuous learning.
• Able to work a split shift for US and AU calls; based in Australia.

• Get the agreement signed before you hang up.
• Keep the CRM accurate and follow up every open opportunity.
• Review your calls and keep sharpening your game.
