We’re looking for an experienced business coach who can challenge owners to think differently and turn guidance into real-world results for members.

Qualifications

• Experience as a business coach with outcomes-driven focus.
• Ability to run group coaching and one-on-one sessions.
• Strong commercial sense in profitability, pricing, cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Lead group coaching sessions for electrical and plumbing business owners.
• Deliver one-on-one coaching and strategy sessions.
• Help members improve profitability, pricing, cash flow, sales, and team performance.

We're looking for an experienced business coach who understands commercial performance, can challenge business owners to think differently and knows how to turn good advice into real-world results.

This isn't about delivering generic business training. It's about helping electricians and plumbers become better business owners - and rewarding you for the impact you make.

What you'll do

Business coaching & member results

Lead group coaching sessions for electrical and plumbing business owners.

Deliver one-on-one coaching and strategy sessions.

Help members improve profitability, pricing, cash flow, sales, team performance and operational systems.

Challenge members to implement the changes needed to grow their businesses.

Manage a portfolio of members and take ownership of their coaching progress.

Keep members engaged, accountable and moving forward between sessions.

Participate in member events and contribute to a strong coaching community.

Identify opportunities to improve our coaching programs and member experience.

Help develop practical tools, resources and frameworks specifically for electrical and plumbing businesses.

Share insights from your coaching experience to improve how we deliver results.

Who we're looking for

You have genuine commercial experience and understand what it takes to run, manage or improve a business.

You might have owned an electrical or plumbing business yourself, coached business owners, worked as a business consultant or led a team with responsibility for financial and operational performance.

You'll ideally have experience in one or more of these areas:

Running an electrical or plumbing business.

Business coaching or consulting with measurable client outcomes.

Managing teams, budgets, KPIs and business performance.

You'll also need to be someone who:

Understands profit and loss statements, cash flow and business profitability.

Can identify what's holding a business back and develop a practical plan to fix it.

Is confident leading group sessions and one-on-one conversations.

Can challenge business owners constructively and hold them accountable.

Communicates clearly and turns complex concepts into straightforward actions.

Takes initiative, learns independently and follows through on commitments.

Cares about helping people achieve results, not just delivering information.

Experience in the electrical or plumbing industry is a major advantage. You'll understand the challenges our members face and be able to relate to the realities of running a trade business.

This role isn’t for everyone

We're not looking for someone who simply delivers training and moves on.

Our members need someone who can get to the heart of a problem, challenge their assumptions and help them take action.

You probably won't enjoy this role if you avoid difficult conversations, need constant direction or prefer talking about business improvement rather than making it happen.

What you’ll get

Competitive earning potential

Earn a base salary of $120,000-$140,000, plus performance-based bonuses, with total on-target earnings of up to $190,000.
