• Ask focused questions to uncover needs and goals.
• Handle objections without being pushy or defensive.

Responsibilities

• Call leads from ads, applications, connectors and outbound lists.
• Ask layered questions to uncover owner situations: revenue, team, goals.
• Identify true pain and readiness, assess fit.
• Book qualified owners into a Custom Profit Planning Session.
• Drive show rate with confirmations and follow-ups.
• Maintain CRM notes and daily end-of-day reports.
