Responsibilities

• Call leads from ads, applications, connectors and outbound lists.
• Ask layered questions to uncover owner situations: revenue, team, goals.
• Identify true pain and readiness, assess fit.
• Book qualified owners into a Custom Profit Planning Session.
• Drive show rate with confirmations and follow-ups.
• Maintain CRM notes and daily end-of-day reports.

Our closers are only as good as the calls you put in front of them.

Every lead you speak to is an electrical or plumbing business owner who could use what we do. Your job is to find out what's really going on in their business, decide if they're ready, and book the right ones with our closers.

Who we are

Electrician Accelerator and Plumber Accelerator coach 1,000+ electrical and plumbing business owners across Australia, New Zealand, the USA and Canada. Our sales team is the engine of the business, and setters sit at the front of it.

What you'll do

Call leads from our ads, applications, connectors and outbound lists

Ask layered questions to uncover the owner's real situation: revenue, team, goals and what's holding them back

Find the real pain, not just polite interest, and judge readiness and fit

Book qualified owners into a Custom Profit Planning Session with our closers

Drive show rate (target 70%) with confirmations, reminders and follow-up

Keep detailed CRM notes so closers walk in prepared

Post your end-of-day report and take coaching on your calls

Who you are
