Real Entrepreneur Women is seeking an experienced High-Ticket Closer / Coaching Advisor to join our remote team. You’ll lead Strategy Sessions with women exploring coaching, consulting or expertise-based businesses, guiding them toward a confident decision to work with us.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re growing, and we’re excited to welcome an experienced High-Ticket Closer / Coaching Advisor to the Real Entrepreneur Women team! We’re a warm team, but we set a high bar. This role is for someone with at least 2 years of demonstrated high-ticket closing experience, not someone looking to learn closing for the first time or move from setting into closing.

You’ll lead Strategy Sessions with women who are considering starting or growing their coaching, consulting or expertise-based businesses. You’ll listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, bring confidence and clarity to the conversation, and help each woman decide whether working with us is the right next step.

You’ll receive qualified Strategy Sessions through our marketing and Setter team, and you’ll take real ownership of your pipeline, follow-ups and re-engagement. You won’t be doing it alone: you’ll work closely with our Sales Director and a team that shares ideas, supports each other and celebrates progress together.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead high-ticket Strategy Sessions via Zoom and phone.
• Build trust, ask excellent questions and confidently navigate objections without pressure-based selling.
• Manage qualified opportunities, follow-ups and pipeline progression.
• Re-engage prospects and proactively set additional sessions when appropriate.
• Keep CRM records, pipeline updates and sales reporting accurate.
• Bring ideas, energy and a collaborative spirit to our Sales Director and wider sales team.

WHAT YOU BRING

• At least 2 years of demonstrated high-ticket closing experience (required).
• Ideally, experience selling business coaching, consulting or similar offers.
• Experience selling to women in coaching, entrepreneurship or professional development is highly regarded.
• Strong sales judgement, confident communication and the emotional intelligence to make people feel heard.
• Drive, accountability, initiative and a willingness to learn, receive feedback and keep getting better.
• A genuine passion for women in business, a positive team attitude and the ability to celebrate others’ wins as enthusiastically as your own.
