Real Entrepreneur Women is seeking an experienced High-Ticket Closer / Coaching Advisor to join our remote team. You’ll lead Strategy Sessions with women exploring coaching, consulting or expertise-based businesses, guiding them toward a confident decision to work with us.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of high-ticket closing experience.
• Experience in coaching, consulting or similar offers preferred.
• Experience selling to women in coaching or entrepreneurship is highly regarded.
• Strong sales judgment and emotional intelligence.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback and improve.
• Passion for women in business and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategy Sessions via Zoom and phone.
• Build trust and handle objections confidently.
• Manage qualified opportunities, follow-ups and pipeline progression.
• Re-engage prospects and schedule additional sessions.
• Maintain CRM records, pipeline updates and sales reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales Director and team to share ideas.
