Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of the relevant curriculum, including literacy and numeracy.
• Experience planning high-impact teaching strategies.
• Ability to monitor student learning and respond to data.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct teaching of groups of students and individual students.
• Contribute to curriculum planning, development and evaluation.
• Undertake school and classroom duties as required by the principal.
• Participate in parent/teacher meetings, staff meetings, camps and excursions.
• Undertake non-teaching supervisory duties as needed.
