Job summary

CT Steel Supplies, a fast-growing Victorian steel distributor, is seeking a sales representative to join the Hastings team. You'll identify new business, build lasting relationships with customers, and drive revenue growth across on-site and field activities.

Steel industry experience is valued but not required; a proactive, autonomous salesperson will thrive here. This role offers a base salary plus superannuation, a performance bonus, a company vehicle, and a laptop and phone to support a

The Opportunity

We're looking for a driven, experienced Sales Representative to join our Hastings team, with a strong focus on winning new business and developing long-term customer relationships.

You’ll have the autonomy to identify opportunities, grow your customer base and make a genuine impact on the business.

Steel industry experience is highly regarded but not essential. We're open to strong salespeople from other industries who have the right attitude, commercial mindset and drive to succeed.
