Job summary

Bloom Hearing Specialists is seeking a customer service-focused professional for our Marion Clinic. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person, schedule hearing assessments, and guide clients through devices and accessories.

Training is provided for repairs, with a strong emphasis on patient care and service quality. Join a collaborative team that values detail, accuracy, and independent initiative, while contributing to local marketing efforts and delivering a superior patient

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in retail or allied health environments.
• Good computer literacy and the ability to navigate various software (CRM, appointment management, etc.).
• Attention to detail with a solid administrative background and a collaborative spirit.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions, answering inquiries and providing tailored product information.
• Schedule appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with our audiologists.
• Guide customers through our range of hearing devices and accessories.
• Resolve concerns efficiently to leave a positive, lasting impression.
• Contribute to local marketing efforts to promote the clinic and its services.
• Perform minor hearing aid repairs (training provided).
