You will travel across Australia to support tradeshows and build valuable client relationships.

The role emphasizes proactive prospecting, negotiation, and autonomous territory management while contributing to HECSA's fast-growing presence in medical distribution.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or hospital/medical sales is preferred.
• Proven ability to generate new business and manage pipelines.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and win new business across Aged Care and Disability Sectors.
• Develop existing accounts and identify growth opportunities.
• Negotiate effectively and maintain CRM records with regular reporting.
• Travel interstate and intrastate and support tradeshows.
• Represent HECSA with excellent communication and relationship-building.
