Job summary

Advara HeartCare in Brisbane is seeking a dedicated Practice Manager to lead day-to-day operations across Milton, Greenslopes and Mount Ommaney clinics. You’ll drive efficient administration, oversee front desk activities and coordinate with cardiology teams to deliver outstanding patient care.

• Oversee daily front desk operations and reception services.
• Manage appointments and diary coordination to meet targets and protocols.
• Handle financial tasks including reconciliation, billing and month-end.
• Support cardiologists and drive quality, efficiency and access to services.
• Foster a collaborative team culture and drive continuous improvement.
