Qualifications

• Previous experience in medical practice management is essential.
• Strong people management, recruitment and staff development.
• Experience with managing finances, Medicare rebates.
• Familiarity with Practice Accreditation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the reception team workflow.
• Lead and support patient appointment management.
• Greet clients and assist with re-bookings and payments.
• Handle appointment scheduling and billing procedures.
• Oversee debt collections and security.
• Maintain privacy and quality controls of patient files and notes.
• Engage with third parties and support reporting tasks.
• Create a harmonious, cheerful practice environment.
• Ensure Covid-19 health regulations are followed.
