Job summary

Advara HeartCare group is seeking a Practice Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team across our Brisbane clinics. You will oversee daily administration, patient flow, and coordination of clerical and cardiac support services while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care, managing front desk operations, and partnering with clinicians to optimise processes and outcomes in a busy healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration or customer service, ideally in healthcare or aged care.
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to support patients sensitively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of a multidisciplinary team across Brisbane clinics.
• Drive continuous improvement of administrative systems and procedures.
• Manage front desk operations, including reception duties and appointment coordination.
• Oversee financial tasks such as reconciliation, billing, banking and month-end processes.
• Support Cardiologists and drive efficiency and access to services.
