Brimbank City Council in Melbourne’s west is looking for a proactive Health, Safety & Wellbeing Advisor to partner with leaders and staff to prevent harm and promote wellbeing across the organisation.

The role requires five years in a Health, Safety & Wellbeing advisory capacity, with appropriate qualifications, and a track record of designing safe systems of work, mentoring stakeholders and fostering a positive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in Health, Safety and Wellbeing advisory roles with relevant qualifications.
• Ability to promote a proactive safety culture.
• Experience developing risk assessments and safe systems of work.
• Mentoring stakeholders and driving safety initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Deliver trusted expert advice on workplace health, safety and wellbeing.
• Design and implement health, safety and wellbeing initiatives to strengthen wellbeing and culture.
• Drive continuous improvement through risk management, incident investigation, training and stakeholder engagement.
• Support leaders to identify and manage risks before harm.
