Brimbank City Council in Melbourne's west is seeking a proactive Health, Safety & Wellbeing Advisor to partner with leaders and staff to prevent harm and promote wellbeing across the organisation. The role focuses on designing and implementing initiatives, risk management, incident investigations and shaping a positive safety culture.

You will bring five plus years in a Health, Safety and Wellbeing advisory role and hold relevant qualifications.

Competenze

Five plus years of experience in a Health, Safety and Wellbeing advisory role with appropriate supporting qualifications.
Demonstrated passion for health, safety and wellbeing with ability to promote a proactive and positive culture.
Experience developing risk assessments, safe systems of work and mentoring stakeholders.

Deliver trusted expert advice on workplace health, safety and wellbeing; help leaders identify and manage risks.
