Job summary

The Australian Sports Commission in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Work Health and Safety (WHS) Advisor to lead safety, wellbeing and prevention initiatives across the ASC. This ongoing role collaborates with leaders to identify risks, strengthen controls and improve safety performance and employee wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Relevant WHS qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting WHS, wellbeing, injury management or risk management.
• Knowledge of WHS legislation and psychosocial risk obligations.
• Ability to analyse risk and workforce information to identify trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of workplace safety, wellbeing and prevention initiatives.
• Monitor program effectiveness and coordinate stakeholders to meet obligations.
