Latrobe City Council is seeking an experienced Coordinator Safety and Wellbeing to lead the Safety and Wellbeing function, delivering workplace health and safety, injury management and child safety services. The role partners with leaders to drive compliance, risk management and a proactive safety culture across the organisation.

You will mentor a specialist team, analyse safety data, and shape organisational wellbeing strategies while working in a hybrid model with a minimum in-office presence.

Formación

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and substantial experience in a related role; or a lesser formal qualification with extensive experience.
• Current Victorian Driver's Licence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Council's Safety and Wellbeing function, including workplace health and safety, injury management and child safety services.
• Provide strategic advice to leaders on safety, compliance, risk management and wellbeing initiatives.
• Monitor and report on organisational compliance with OHS, injury management and child safety legislation.
