Fish at The Rocks is seeking a Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team at Millers Point, NSW. This long-term role emphasizes excellent customer service, seamless dining experiences, and effective team coordination in a busy seafood venue.

You will supervise staff during service, coordinate reservations, work with the kitchen for timely delivery, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Prior supervisory experience in hospitality is essential.

Become a Supervisor at FISH AT THE ROCKS', a premier seafood restaurant located in the vibrant Millers Point NSW 2000 area. This casual, long term position will see you playing a key role in leading and supervising our front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience for all our guests.

What you'll be doing

• Taking orders accurately, managing sections confidently during busy service
• Ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained by the waiting staff at all times
• Assisting in the coordination of table reservations, seating arrangements and handling of customer inquiries
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient meal delivery
• Monitoring and maintaining stock levels of front-of-house supplies
• Open and Closing the venue with financials and reporting on designated Supervisor Shift
• Resolving any customer complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Adhering to all health, safety and compliance regulations within the restaurant

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a similar supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
