Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a busy restaurant
• RSA required

• Work rights in Australia
• Cocktail experience and wine knowledge a plus

• Deliver warm, knowledgeable table service across lunch and dinner
• Guide guests through our seafood menu, specials and drinks pairings
• Look after bar guests and floor dockets during peak service
• Make cocktails, pour beer and wine, and keep the bar running smoothly
