Fish at The Rocks is seeking a Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team at Millers Point, NSW. This long-term role emphasizes excellent customer service, seamless dining experiences, and effective team coordination in a busy seafood venue.

You will supervise staff during service, coordinate reservations, work with the kitchen for timely delivery, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Prior supervisory experience in hospitality is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team management.
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem solving.
• Solid knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, customer-facing environment (nights/weekends).

Responsibilities

• Taking orders accurately and managing sections during busy service.
• Ensuring frontline staff maintain excellent customer service standards.
• Coordinating reservations, seating, and guest inquiries.
• Collaborating with the kitchen to ensure timely meal delivery.
• Monitoring stock levels of front-of-house supplies.
• Open/close the venue with financials and reporting.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and courteously.
